stole this from the portfolio

My culinary vision has always been based on my feeling that food is art and that my customers should feel comfortable and visually stimulated. I strive to build layers of taste and emotion in both the process and finished product. I believe in fertility and fragility of an idea and am naturally inclined to be excited by new concepts, a new way of educating, of learning, a new way of presenting a traditional idea. My efforts, artistic and otherwise, are centered in creating with sensuality and sincerity. Edible garnishes, full natural flavors, eclectic tastes, a belief in finding the cleanest line between production and consumption are all part of my beliefs. Food is a performance art. I believe in tastings. I want my culinary charge to be a hub, a meeting place. I want myself and my staff to be seen as clever and insightful with our choices, thoughtful with our ingredients, and considerate and helpful in our interactions. My hope, always is to be of service to myself and those around me.
